NINTENDO...BIGGEST RIP-OFF ON AMERICAN SOIL!!!!

I contacted this unscrupulous company regarding unauthorized purchase of Switch game by my grandkids using my bank info. I was promised that it would be refunded as they had deleted the online game on the kids Switch!! After 2 mos. I have not seen the refund!! ???????????? I have been in contact with WA Atty General, NC Atty Gen and BBB, to no avail!!!! NINTENDO IS THE MOST UNSCRUPLOUS, THIEVING COMPANY EVER and the entities that are supposed to help all lean toward these thieves and let them do as they will!! I hope they lose all customers and go completely bankrupt!!

Nintendo Switch: Worst console ever..avoid

The Nintendo Switch is the worst console every and terrible customer service (UK). I would advise anyone to avoid this product. The joy cons easily get broken and you can not reset without the joy cons (which you need to pay close to the cost of a new console to repair). It's basically a waste of money paying for a product that is not durable- Dr Kings

Interesting info. Thanks to the people for leaking it out. Goodbye Nintendo.

Just read this article: https://torrentfreak.com/nintendo-conducted-invasive-surveillance-operation-against-homebrew-hacker-201223/

On top of the attack against abandonwares, fan games, and even homebrew people out there, it was revealed they have went from anti-piracy to anti-privacy what it was revealed that leakers have shown that Nintendo were going intrusive on their surveillance against an individual in 2013. They're on the very border of becoming flightsimlabs (2018 when they pulled the stunt on acting like vigilantes of a password-stealing tool), and the move that Take2 and 2K sent goons to someone's house relating to that borderlands 3 incident: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ip2nm503Tm0

That Smash melee is really the straw that broke the camel's back, I would say thank you to the leakers for revealing Nintendo's dark secrets. The secret formula that is filled with poison about the company itself is now exposed.

I had bought a Nintendo switch for my…

I had bought a Nintendo switch for my grandson, the gaming device was not reading/loading any games. I sent the device (under warranty), for repairs, after more than two weeks, got an email stating that it was not caused by normal wear and tear (no other explanation was offered). Device was not broken, nor any liquid spilled on it.
Stay away from Nintendo, a rip off company. Worst service, and don't waste your money on the extended warranty. Not worth it.

As a devoted nintendo player after I…

As a devoted nintendo player after I read a post about nintendo sueing a tiktok user over here name and demanding money from her, I will never purchase a product from you greedy insects again. You do not own rights to user names and forcing someone to change it because they love your stuff is utterly pathetic. So I've decided im going to spend the rest of my life destroying this company for its utterly pathetic display.

I love Nintendo's consoles and games

I love Nintendo's consoles and games, and I have a LOT of Nintendo games, with some permenant memories made with them. HOWEVER, their practices when it comes to copyright are absolutely horrible. They don't understand that just because they own something doesn't mean that it has to be taken down and ruin the fun of other people, even if it ends up promoting their products and actually benefits them in the end. Other companies like Microsoft and Sony don't care if you make fan games or host event's involving modified versions of games, because it still benefits them as it promotes their games.

If something goes wrong with your account? Your better off just deleting it and starting over.

For the past month customer support has been giving me the run around about my own account. Just one big, massive headache after the other with lies and no answers. Than when I finally get an answer, it turns out they were the reason why I was locked out to begin with. Locking me out of my own account just because my computer crashed at a payment screen... really? Couldn't they have just told me this when I first called in instead of wasting hours of my life I will never be able to get back?

Controller repair customer service

I sent in my joycons for repair and when there was an issue with the order status I talked to customer support and they helped me out fairly quickly. The customer service was good but i do think controller drift is ridiculous and I should not have to send in my controllers for 4 weeks just for them to work like normal.
